I just gotta ask: Why don't people like you just ask the artist who did the work? That is what they are there for.
People are always freaking out here: "my tattoo is flaking/scabbing/hurting" "how do I care for it?" blah blah.
1) Your artist was supposed to tell you how to care for it.
2) If they didn't, they will certainly do so if you call them and ask.
3) This information is available EVERYWHERE on the Internet, anyway.

I unfortunately cant tell you why, but i have tattoos on the tops of both of my feet and they were bumpy, raised from the skin for over 6 months, they eventually smoothes out on their own.

It is just healing. Make sure that you wear sandals that do not rub it and so the tattoo can get air. Follow the care instructions and you will be fine.

Seems like the excess ink oozes out and dries up. Don't pick at it cause it attaches to the scab. Sounds 100% usual.

They're scabs, which is normal. They will eventually go away (it won't take too long). Just keep it clean the way your tattooist instructed you to and it will be just fine. Congrats on ur new ink.

it's healing, it will scab over a bit and then peel like sunburn, you're just going to have to wait for it to heal, and try as hard as you can not to pick at it

They are scabs, it means it's healing!
They fall off on their own, especially when you rub your cream on them....
DON'T PICK THEM.. it could ruin your tattoo!!
