Dab it all over with a wash rag to moisten it and use a little bit of rubbing alcohol. Touch only the temporary tattoo though and when it starts to flake off wipe with the rag. It may or may not work depending on how long it's been on the skin. Rubbing alcohol always worked for us at the daycare if it had been on long enough to be weak already. Other than that warm water and soap but be gentle and give it time if that still doesn't work. Those things can be stubborn. Good luck!

depends what it is, is it henna? if it is that will last two weeks and it needs to fade and the skin needs to renew it self, have you tried (depending on where it is) nail vanish remover, you would need to just do a little bit to make sure he doest react to it, but then if he hasn't to the tat then that is unlikely, try dipping a cotton bub in some (must be the sort you can NOT use with false nails) with acetone or something, then after wash area and moisturize.
Had had to do on my son in the past!

I had the same problem. I used rubbing alcohol and it didn't work. I used lighter fluid for a zippo lighter. Then I gave him a bath.
