I knowit's gonna hurt loads. Also I've heard it hurts more in different places so out of the wrist the top of my foot and my back which is more painful and how painful?Can you compare it to anything?

I want to get a tattoo down the back of my neck but don't want to stuck with the commitment of a permanent one. On the other hand, although the henna tattoos look great for about a week, they start to wash out afterwards so it's not an option.

I saw a "tattooist" who told me there's no such thing as a semipermanent tattoo & if i get one done by any of those who claim to be able to do it, there's no guarantee of how long it'll last or if it'll even come off at all. He also said they come out looking funny 'cos a different type of dye is used.

I don't know if this is all true, but i want to know people's take is on semi-permanent tattoos. I really want to get one (or a couple) but, like i said, i don't want to go permanent for a number of reasons including the possibility that i may not want it in the future, plus i hate it when i see older people with tattoos which probably looked great when they were younger and had firmer skin but looks nasty on sagging skin.

Any answers?

stand to look at visible ones all the time. im allways jugeing the one on my for arm. i got 8 and i dont have a beef wit em. u defiantlycan see em but more in the summer time.

If your so anti tattoo, why even answer tattoos questions. Its like oh Im a coward, and I would never say tattoos are "trashy" or stupid, etc...to your face, but I will however go online and try to talk you out of one, instrad of answering your question. Hey those of us who LOVE them, don't really care what you like anyway. I guess you couldnt come up with any real answers to other questions so you chooose to dump negative thoughts into the tattoo category. Does any one know if Palmers skin success, evantone fading cream is harmful & can cause cancer? It has 2% hydroquinone. Ok i know this sounds crazy but i have been doing a lot of research to see wat can fade a tattoo. & lots of people have said they used the "walgreens method" & it has helped lighten their tattoo. First they scrub with medicated Apricot scrub. Afterwards they put the Palmers skin success cream onto their arm & wrap plastic wrap over it. Many people have said the method has actaully worked. and would like to have my all black tat removed. its on a very visible body part and i'm worried about scarring. i do scar easy, but i've heard its a pretty simple prcodure, just very time consuming and expensive. any advice or personal stories would help. thanks

i want to get some tattoos removed by laser, but i am not sure if it is painful or not, or how much it would cost. See, the tattoos i want to remove are just letters. There is 6 letters on my knuckes which spell "SEC" on my right hand, and "OND" on my left hand. They spell my name in english. I also have MS on my left hand right between my thumb and pointer finger. Any one know where i can go have this done and how much it would cost? I live in the Owatonna, Minnesota area. Any advice would really be helpful. Please serious answers only. I really want to do this so it wont look so bad when i try to get a job. I know some places dont mind, but honestly i regret having it done. But what can i say, I was younger at the time and thought that it was cool. Im older now, and honestly i dont like them anymore. I do have other tattoos, but they get covered up with pants, so im not gonna get those removed. Well, any advice i can get, i would really appreciate it. Thanks!

I want to get a tattoo designed, for free. I know that there are loads of really talented people out there on photoshop and other image editing programs that can make amazing tattoos, and they do it in their spare time.
Does anyone know if there is a forum full of these people, where I can ask them to design me a tattoo?

I'm going to get a pair of Nautical Star tats, I'm just trying to figure out the placement. I thought about just below my elbows, but a friend, that I just met back up with, got his done there about a month ago, & me wanting to be unique, am having to think of a new spot for them. I was thinking about my ankles but not sure. I want to be able to "hide" them if necessary *& yes, you can hide them if they are below your elbow*. Any suggestions?
And if you're going to say, girls with tats look nasty or trashy, etc. Don't bother wasting your time typing out a response, because your opinion on whether or not you like chicks with tats was not asked. The opinions I'm looking for are on placement, not likes. If you don't like it, trust me, you won't ever see it!

I got a henna tattoo around 2 weeks ago, and after a week of having it, i started getting red ichy bumps, now it looks more like a blister exactly where the tattoo was, and i dont know what to do. Does anybody know what i should do, or if i should just wait and it will go away on its own?
