The fact of the matter is that reputable tattoo artists won't tattoo you without parental consent. If you find an artist to tattoo you underage expect their studio to be unclean and the quality of the tattoo to be poor.

I know you don't want to hear this, but I'm gonna say it anyway.
It doesn't hurt to wait to get a tattoo.
At 15 years old you have no idea what you really want in life, no matter what you think you know.
Please wait until you are old enough to get a good design at a clean parlor with a good reputation. That way you can get a tattoo that you will be proud of.

Any shop willing to sidestep an age requirement law - and risk some hefty penalties - are probably not as stringent on it's cleanliness guidelines. There's a lot of paperwork and rules that go into running a professional shop, and tattooing minors is kind of a major one. If you live in a place that allows tattooing with guardian consent, you can't just bring in anyone, you'll likely be asked for a birth certificate or legal paper with both your names on it proving custody. I'd wait, no matter how bad you want it, you have your whole life to get tattoos. This way you'll have 3 years to be sure you really want that one in particular, and you're not getting something you'll regret as an adult. People change a lot as they grow up, and what you want now, you might grow out of.

it is called DONT GET IT and WAIT TIL YOU ARE OLDER

your parents will find out no matter what you do to hide it

no good artist will touch an under age kid (they can get in big trouble for doing that)

i wouldnt go for it!
your parents WILL find out sometime and they'll be even more mad if you didnt tell them the truth in the first place.
also, in a few years you might regret getting in then you will either have to live with it for the rest of you life of go through all the trouble of getting it removed.

i think the 15 year old should just wait, its going to be there all your life, whats 3 more years. there is no reason for you to get one now, and you wouldnt want to go somewhere where they would do it for someone under 18, how do you know what else they are cutting corners on? just wait.
