I want to get a tattoo designed, for free. I know that there are loads of really talented people out there on photoshop and other image editing programs that can make amazing tattoos, and they do it in their spare time.
Does anyone know if there is a forum full of these people, where I can ask them to design me a tattoo?
I'm sure most tattoo, photoshop, or design forums would do it for me. Does anyone know any good ones for sure?

A website with loads of designs won't help.

I want to explain my tattoo and have someone design a custom one.

there are people who do this for a living, they are called custom tattoo artists. you aren't charged MORE for them designing the tattoo. the price they give you includes their artwork and i feel that generally custom tattoo artists are better at what they do.
my artist is wonderful, i give him a description of what i want, pictures of what i do and don't like and let him go to town. it usually only takes him a few minutes to draw out something and it is always much better than anything i had imagined.

also, all drawings and pictures are not easily translated onto the skin and a tattoo artist would be the best person to create a design that will look great on the skin and will flow with the contours of the body. if you want the best outcome just go to a custom tattoo artist.
