I do know that somne artists will comply with what you want, but then again, the best thing is to just go with one thing; you can't always have it all. I would strongly recommend the stars; they seem the most original.

Many tattoo artists will not tattoo toes or the tops of feet because the skin regenerates fairly quickly on those two spots, making the tattoo look not so great after a short period of time. You may want to find another spot somewhere else just in case.
The first heart is just okay, not very impressive.
I really don't like the Mandy Moore heart. It looks like someone without much tattooing skills did it, to be honest.

I really like the little one on the toe. I really like foot tatoos. I would just say, don't go overboard on your foot. You may end up with too much. Keep it simple since your foot is not a large part of your body. Anyway, I like your ideas.

Yeah, I think so.
It's reminiscent of a high school girl's spiral notebook when she's bored in class. Get something that's meaningful to you or else you're going to look at your feet and wonder why you liked that so much.

i dont think you should get a tattoo on your foot it would probably hurt more there ..but the hearts wolud be cute on a shoulder

To be honest, yes. A round heart is going to make your foot look a bit chunkee, and not feminine. If you like tatoos on your foot or ankle get something similar to what Nicole Ritchie has on her foot, it looks nice.

I think it might make your foot look a little...how do I say this....chunky...? Round things make you as a whole look round. So, if it's round on your foot, your foot will look round.

it wouldnt be too much. I think hearts are kinda bland but its your tattoos. They are small go for it!!!
