im 14 and i hate needles so im sticking with henna well i was wondering im going to start doing at home tattoos and i make designs and and the them out and fill the desgins in with nail polish now how do i get the paper to not move while im filling in the design plezz help before tomorrow

Try using double stick tape. You can get it anywhere that you can get regular tape.
Clean your skin with some rubbing alcohol first to remove any oil and the tape will stick better.

don't put nail polish on your skin
