yes, if you take a picture to a good tattoo artist they should be able to copy it for you or to have alternate suggests for something similiar.

If you bring in a stencil, it will make the process go much faster. If you bring in the picture, they can use it for the tattoo if it is workable, since they turn the pic into a stencil there.. The artist will have thoughts on if it works as a tattoo, since some pictures will not translate to skin that well (depending on the skills of the artist).

Yeah, they can do something by those lines. Or you can go on google and type 'tattoo stencils'. Tattoo stencils are pictures of the tattoo they are going to make, and ink them while you get your tattoo. No matter what before you get a tatto, you need a stencil, so try it. and have fun!!

Yes. Some tattoo artists will have you describe what you want and will draw out a sketch for you, if you don't have a picture.

Usually, I have never had a tattoo but I know several ppl that have and have taken pics in. I think they will need to draw it out on paper first.

YES .. also depends what it is.. some things they may not be able to do exact of and my have to change it a little

some can others can't stop in your local shops with the pic and ask around first, have them draw it up first and go from there
