Disabled Veterans Tax

Under current law, veterans with 20 years of military service receive retirement benefits from the Defense Department and those with service-related disabilities receive disability compensation from Veterans Affairs. If a veteran has 20 years of service and a disability, however, the veteran’s retirement benefit is reduced by the amount received in disability compensation. This reduction in benefits is known as the “Disabled Veterans Tax.”

According to the Defense Department, over half a million veterans lose an estimated $3 billion in benefits each year due to the Disabled Veterans Tax. A series of Special Investigation Division reports analyze the local impact of the Disabled Veterans Tax.

I have to make sure the car is completely warmed up or the ignition key will not come out, the engine will shut off but the key will not come out when the outside temperature gets to about the freezing point or below. I have had the ignition replaced twice and it doesn't make a difference.

My sister just bought a house. It's a great house but it has 2 bedrooms and its 3 people. Her and her 2 kids. Now the kids room is rather large..so it can actually be made into 3 bedrooms. But instead doing a bunch of construction on the house right now.. we'd like to know where can we find some sort of large partition or divider that will separate the room into 2.

I am taking Bachelor of Arts major in Literature and Bachelor of Science in Commerce major in Business Management with specialization in Applied Corporate Management.
I am thinking of taking up Psychology as my pre-med then moving on to study as a general practitioner then as a neurologist.
Do you think that this is good or should I just take the one I am taking right now?
I was looking at medical schools here and the ones in other countries, I think that the schools there are better than the ones here...
By the way, I am in the Philippines right now/

I've noted that 9 questions about Jehovah's Witnesses have been removed over the last few days. A couple deserved to be removed and I've spotted one today (Thursday 27 Dec) that should be removed because it insults the intelligence of Jehovah's Witnesses. However, I am at a loss to understand why the question asked by 'Top Contributor' has disappeared. From what I can remember of the answers, it was an honest exchange of views. I've even written down my answer but I fail to see how anything I said could have broken community guidelines. What say you?

I have 2 Excel Sheets that contain information that I need on one sheet.

For example, sheet 1 has names, phone #s, and addresses, but it does not have emails.

Sheet 2 does contain emails.

Is there a way to cross reference all of these items and end up with one sheet that contains all f the information?

I just got off the phone with a friendgirl and she is having the toughest time financially. My husband and I helped buy her children Christmas gifts because her and her husband couldn't afford to. (Really, we couldn't either,but we did). She told me this morning that their rent is due (not past due). She don't even have the full amout for the rent and the only thing they have in the refrigerator is butter, bread and a jar of mayo. I'm going to give her $100; not a lot but it will help. Before she hung up she asked me, what do you do when you have to make a decision to either pay your rent or feed your children. That question kind of stuck with me and I just want to know what you think.
