Does anybody know if being on your cell phone while driving in PA is banned yet? I heard that it went into effect on Nov. 10th, but nobody has confirmed this for me.
Also, if they do have to be hands free, is it a primary or secondary offense? Thanks.

Hi when i type in a certain website address then my username and password then submit the whole page just disappears dunno why ...... when i go onto any other website no problem but as soon as i try and enter a site that im a member of and input my details it just collapses. Sensible answers only please! I am 18 and have come from a religious and over protective family.As soon as I went to University I started rebelling. I have been there for 3 months and so far I have had sexual intercourse with one man(my boyfriend of 2 years who I don't really love but who I know loves me) and have been sexually intimate with 4 men overall (all one night stands). The reason I never had sex with my bf before was because I wasn't allowed out of my house for long enough. This question is for all baseball fans who have knowledge in the football. I decide to move the football question to the baseball section that important game this Saturday as Patriots at Giants. The Patriots area may support by the Red Sox fans and the Giants could support by Jets fans, either in Yankees or Mets who may support the Giants.

LOL, that Giants and Jets are rivalry in New York City. This season, the Patriots had swept the Jets two times. The Patriots will become first team to set the record 16-0 when they would beat the Giants.

(i tried to break this up some so it's not a wall of text)

A few nights ago I had a very vivid dream. It started in some kind of school that was in a remote location in the woods. I walked out of the school and walked past an old man groundskeeper and said hi.

I kept going and ended up going down a sharp slope that had rocks all in it. the slope became more narrow till I barely had ground to stand on and was hanging onto one of the rocks and I screamed up to the old man HELP, I wasn't too panicked though.

As I yelled, a thick layer of mist or fog appeared like a wall right over my head. I let go and went down to the ground. On the flat ground around me were old abandoned cars and there was more fog all around them. I went walking through all the cars and I knew someone I needed to see was in one but as I approached the car in question I felt a sudden surprise and woke up.

It was all very detailed and my senses were very active in the dream.

I bought a cord and software for my Rzr off eBay, and the disk arived damaged, it is completely cracked in two! The seller had a 98% positvie feed back, after my purchase they sent me an email saying I could contact them if I was dissastified. I emailed them imedateley after I opened my package (which was a flimsy envlope, with no kind of bubble wrap or some cardbord to or marked fragile material, I don't know whta they were thinking!). They haven't contacted me yet (its been almost 24 hrs.) how long do I wait unitl I take action like report them on eBay or whatever. I am new to eBay so any imput will help. Thanks.
