Same way but the other direction. Plug it in, pull up My Computer, browse to the location you want on the computer, pull up My Computer again, browse to your camera's drive, drag and drop.

Yes, you can put pictures that are on your computer on to the memory card of your camera. It is best to use a separate card reader which will be seen as a removable drive. You just drag and drop pictures on to it. (Though, I have to say, I cannot understand why anyone wants to do this)
