Use Yahoo to look up "brazil visa requirements" and the name of the country that issued your passport.
I'm English and live happily in Nicaragua but it's incredible the number of people who say and do things like you say. "I have never been, don't speak the language, know only my lover who lives there and I'm going to live there forever" 6 months to 2 years later they are on a plane outta here.
Do yourself a BIG favor, do some serious research into Brazil then go there for 2 or 3 months. You obviously have NOT done any research else you would not be asking such a basic question as this one.
Number 1 on the list of reasons to move is "My lover lives there". Let me tell you a secret - yes they do, with their 3 kids, spouse and dogs and they are QUITE HAPPY that you don't live there.
