Hi, i started the LA Weight Loss Centers Program about 9 weeks ago. So far, i lost 10 pounds off of 187.8 lbs. So i am now 177 lbs, but still have no stamina or energy to do exercices. I have a stepper at home that i use every 2 days, but i can't use it for more than 5 minutes. My body gets sore very easily and has no endurance for pain. (Childbirth was a blast!) I am seeking help from you guys to give me detailed exercices (how to do them and what it does) so i can up my weight loss and gain energy and endurance. Thanks alot for your help.
