I am taking Bachelor of Arts major in Literature and Bachelor of Science in Commerce major in Business Management with specialization in Applied Corporate Management.
I am thinking of taking up Psychology as my pre-med then moving on to study as a general practitioner then as a neurologist.
Do you think that this is good or should I just take the one I am taking right now?
I was looking at medical schools here and the ones in other countries, I think that the schools there are better than the ones here...
By the way, I am in the Philippines right now/

There is nothing wrong with either direction, but so far, there is no evidence that you really want to be a physician. Especially since you are thinking about switching to psychology, rather than biology or something like that, as pre-med. I know someone who has chosen to major in psychology for pre-med, but she has a specific reason for doing that, and keep in mind that medicine is primarily about science. If you really want to do that, good, but if you just think that you would make more money as a physician but have little interest in physical sciences, then I have to wonder if this is right for you.
