Can I please request that you volunteer ideas and tips on highlights for a Warehouse audit?

I have been challenged by a former school classmate to help look up and advise on the state of the Warehouse of his Engineering Company.
I have spent most of my career in Supply Chain handling Procurement, though I have also undertaken an oversight responsibility of a Warehouse..My hands on exposure in the Warehouse is quite limited.

Some of mechanical contracting business was used to launder most of my drug business. When the IRS audited me, they sent an auditor that knew me personally. He was buying a quarter ounce of cocaine a week from me. We were both surprised but figured the only way to resolve things was to do a line and fake my audit. He eventually narced on me, denied his involvement and cut a deal with the feds. I'd love to meet the little cacksucker in a dark alley. RScott
