theres this guy that i was involved with for the past 3 years on and off...i care about him alot hes told me that he loved me and cares about me soo much yet he wont commit? im 19 he just turned 20. Im a very attractive girl, in college premed major i have a lot going for me and my friends say he might be intimidated by that? idk, well during the summer he calls and tells me he met a girl and he thinks hes in love..she was one of his friends gf's which is disloyal and shes 16!! within a week he calls me says he thinks he made a mistake and hes goin to break up w/ her, he tells me he did talks so much junk about her and tells me he wants to make it work with me and that he doesnt have any feelings for her....so 2 weeks ago i find out that they are still together?..why would he lie?..and why would he tell me everything i wouldnt have known anything, he told me she had so many pics of him on facebook up and he wanted her to take it down and tells me how i can find her on fb?? im so hurt

If you are against Christians attempting to legislate what they believe in, what exactly are you for?

Don't Christians have the right to try to have laws made to reflect what they believe? I'm sure most of you that would say homosexuals have that right...but at the same time when Christians do the same, they are somehow forcing their beliefs on you.

Lets look at abortion...one group believes it is murder and one does not. It just so happens that the one group is mostly Christians. Why is it wrong for them to try to stop what they think is wrong, but it is ok for others to try to promote what they think is right?

This is supposedly a free country, but it seems that ahteists would like to prohibit Christians from being free to legislate what they think is right. When the opposite side is trying to do the exact same thing, legislate what they think is right.

So where is the conflict here? And by not wanting Christians to legislate their beliefs,are you against freedom?

I'm 17 years old and getting my gallbladder out tomorrow. Even though people are telling me how a simple of a procedure it is...I'm still nervous. But when I went for my pre-testing they asked if i smoked and when i told them yes they told me i just quit before the surgery. well okay i am quiting smoking but I can't just immediatly stop in a few days advance! And yes I have a slight smoker's cough. But will this be a problem for the surgery tomorrow?
