Getting something chrome for him can be tough. You have to make sure he'll like it. The Electra Glide Classic already has a fair amount of chrome too, so nothing really jumps out as a first priority. Maybe a nice chrome clock or compass to mount on the handlebars. If you really want to get him something specific instead of a gift card, try to find out what kind of stuff he's thinking of adding. Either talk to him about it, or go with him when he window shops and see what he likes.
Good luck.

Shopping together is probably your best bet.
It's a new bike.
That model has a lot already.
Sometimes it takes a while to decide how, or even if, you want to modify something. Personal taste has a way of taking it's time showing, as well.
My bike came with a lot of chrome as well.
I changed the factory chrome derby and timer covers only because I already knew what I wanted. The only shiny stuff added was a grabrail to match the new seat.
Took me a week to figure out if I really wanted to put it on.
When I didn't know what I wanted, my wife sure didn't either.

Unless he has said that he wishes certain chrome parts, DO NOT just go and buy something! That would be the wrong move, due to, if he does not like what you give him, he will feel obligated to use it. Than every time he looks at her, he will cringe and not be happy.
The best way to go is to, give him a gift certificate. That way he can choose what he wishes. However, keep in mind that chrome IS NOT cheap!
On that note.... As you noticed, I am a woman. I owned and own my own Harley's. My Man and I never bought each other chrome. However, there has been hundreds of times when we would buy chrome together, and at sometimes the cost would be close or over a grand.
In addition, this question should of been for both men and women.

If he has not changed the stock pipes yet, that would be my first recommendation. Vance and Hines are my favorites, but being a HD guy, he may prefer Screaming Eagles.
Regardless, I must agree with everyone else with the fact that it really needs to be his decision.
The only times my wife has bought me chrome was when she had been with me and I had mentioned what I really liked.
LOUD PIPES SAVE LIVES.

Dealers have Xmas sets made up if you know what pattern for grips or pegs, floorboards he wants. If not look for stuff that there is only one option, master cycinder cover, clutch and brake levers, control switches, voltage regulator cover.

Get him a manual before you start buying him parts.
Pegs/boards, grips,a fancy air cleaner cover, are nice and easy to install.
Mirrors ,fancy turn signals, exhaust maybe.
