Go to http://free.grisoft.com and download the free virus canner AVG. Hopeflly it will remove the virus for you.
You may also want to go to http://download.com and search for the free program Spybot Seek&Destroy. It will clean any spyware off your PC (just in case it is classed as spyware rather than a virus).
If the virus is "in memory", you may have to boot the computer in Safe Mode before running the scans. Turn on the computer and repeatedly press the F8 key until you get the screen with the Safe Mode option.

Try downloading AVG free spyware and virus software from http://free.grisoft.com. Update both and then run the spyware scan, and then the virus scan.
