We broke up 3 weeks ago, I have been having a lot of difficulties with it. The break up wasnt bad but it hurts bc i am in love with him. 3 days ago we got into an argument and decided we both need space and time. I know he probaly expects me to text him upset, but im letting go as much as it hurts. He said he cares but we shall see in time. My birthday is sunday and if he cares, he will call. I have just decided that I cant wait around for a guy who may or may not come around. I know ill see him around seeing as we have mutual friends. If we ever decided to be together again, we both have some changes to make. Am I doing the right thing?

So...Last night I had an older women over that gave me her number last Friday(She's 35-I'm 22) She was here for about an hour and a half, just talking. BUT I DID'NT MAKE A MOVE. What is the maximum mileage I can drive for until I really have to have an oil change on my '07 New Beetle Convertible? Mine is way passed due for its 5000 mi. check up, it is now on 7000! I just can't find the time to go...(and the dealership is not conveniently located). But anyway I'm going in a few days, but do you think it'll be okay?

Sorry, I know nothing about cars, except that it's really fun to drive with my convertible down!

Please, does anyone know a quicker or easier way?!
I would be greatly appreciative of any tips!
I have one of those old (80s era?) shirts with that horrible elastic band at the bottom seam that cinches up around your waste. Awful! But this one, instead of a white pre-fab band just sewn onto it, has six rows of stitches in gold elastic string to make it stretchy. Goes through all the layers and is very hard to remove because when you pull on it with a remover it knots up. I really want to wear it, I LOVE everything else about it, but jeez it's going to take me forever to go through all those rows! Thanks for any (serious) suggestions; I will be checking back to see if anyone is confused and needs more information about this question so they can help me!

In June my cousin got married. My sister and I were supposed to be bridesmaids, but 2 wks before the wedding my cousin and sister had a falling out. My aunt called me and said that they were kicking my sis out of the wedding and they wanted me to tell her and get the dress back. They said I could still be in, but they'd understand if I didn't. Well, for obvious reasons I didn't attend, but I am very upset and hurt by the whole situation. To this day the only communication has been an email to me saying they were sorry I was hurt in all this. No apology, no admitting of wrongdoing, and still neither my aunt or cousin has called my sister to make amends. I refuse to speak to them and it has torn the family apart. Help! Am I wrong to feel this way? I can't get over the fact that they excluded us from a major life event and don't seem to feel all that bad about it. How do I get over this, or should I even try?

Why do people want to kill cells of their own body rather than use natural products that feed their cells and make them healthy?

A chemical burn is physiologically the same damage as a sunburn - aren't sunburns a 'bad' thing?

Feed your cells, don't poison them. Doesn't that make sense to you?

Anyone familiar with this church? I went years ago when I was searching for the truth with a customer of mine. It is Fillippino based and seems to be an end times cult. They locked the doors precisely when the service started so no latercomers could come to the service. Also, no one was allowed to have a bible and they used a specific translation I hadnt heard of before. All I remember is that they believed there were the 4 kings were Fillipino and they would one day rule the world, I think as well as there was no salvation outside of that religion. Anyone has any more information about them, experiences?

Heres my situation, hoping you can give me some input and thoughts.....

I went to community college for 2 years and got max hours I can transfer to a 4 yr university. The drive to my new college will be about 45 minutes. I am thinking about getting an apartment closer to campus. Only problem is I just bought a new car and am paying 300 a month so I would probably have to take out extra money on my student loans to pay for the apartment (about 300 month after splitting cost with buddy).

UMSL has cheap tuition, about 4k a semester and I need about <2 years to finish my degree.

Stay at home and set some money aside or take out extra loans and be free?

I observe with many people, me included, that we are often in stress. We run and seem never have "enough" time. Or we feel we did not "enough".
Then comes this conflict between work and family. So if one works how can one look still properly after the family?
It is often a bit of a struggle, especially for woman.

Like yesterday, I took my dad's credit card and bought a few things for $6.00 on it and i threw the recipt under a couch, and then my mom was cleaning and found it. I just got my first job today as a Field Engineer with duties including picking up parts from central office, delivering it to customers and if required installing these parts. The job will run for 2 months, after which I may or may not be asked to stay on.

As happy as I am to have got the job, I am now having problems because I have been told that I will need to use my own van when doing this job.
I am really confused about what to do now, I don't have a van and don't really want to buy a van just in case I am told that I can't stay on after the 2 months.

I have just had a quick look at some van hire companies on the net and the cheapest I could find for a 2 month period is £1600(not sure if this includes insurance).

The job itself only pays £300-£400 per week, its also in central London so the added hassle of £8 daily congestion charge.

Any advice or suggestions about what I could do to afford this job would be greatly appreciated.
