I observe with many people, me included, that we are often in stress. We run and seem never have "enough" time. Or we feel we did not "enough".
Then comes this conflict between work and family. So if one works how can one look still properly after the family?
It is often a bit of a struggle, especially for woman.

Do you have some good suggestions, how to change this?

There are two important factors in time management and balancing work and personal life.
1. Urgent
2. Important

Based on these two factors, we can divide work into
1. Urgent and Important
2. Important but not urgent
3. Urgent but not important
4. Not important not urgent

Once you prioritize all your work based on these factors and group it. You can see how much enough time you are gtting for your personal life.

Just give a try. And see the difference.... All the best.

First thing to do: establish priorities.
What is more important: a clean house, or the memories of a happy day spent with your family? Do you want your children to remember the family as always rushing to complete tasks, or as a loving, cohesive unit?
Although I do have memories of family "spring cleaning days", which my parents made "fun", my favorite childhood memories are of times spent at the beach as a family.
You also need to take some time for yourself, to "recharge your batteries". Do you have close friends or family who can take the children for a weekend or at least a day now and then? Perhaps you can "trade" child care with friends. You have so much more to give to others when you have given to yourself.
Good luck.

Just as an adage only, Jesus said to give to Cesar what was Cesar's and to god that which is gods. Give to your family what is their to have of you, what you owe them, what they naturally deserve of you. Give to your job only what it deserves and no more.
