A friend of mine was arrested out of state last week for DUI. While she was being transported, the cop slammed backward into another police car. She said the two cops thought it was the funniest thing they ever saw. She's complained of headaches several times since, but didn't think of the connection. She's facing serious fines in the case and it doesn't seem right for the cop to not be held accountable for his moronic accident. Should she see someone about personal injury?

My little cousin kept flickering the TV on and off. They pressed the button several times before the TV had time to respond though, and it made a strange noise, flickered, and stayed off. It won't turn on now. Is it broken, or can it be repaired?

I'm a game - aholic, or at least I was until a couple nights ago.

For years I had been playing the gameboy versions of Pokemon. At first it was just for doctors visits, then to help me sleep, and esculated beyond my controll. Last week, I had a dream that I walked into a bar and the girl forcefully placed what I thought was a peace of candy in my mouth. It turned out to be a Pokemon shape of LSD. Now, I have never taken the drug in my life but from the descriptions of what others had said, I now know the experience and it was not good. So plain and simple: the game is a drug, get rid of it, right? I made the HUGE mistake of discreditting it as just a dream and kept playing only not as much. My son's school is having a bake sale run by the kids in his class. They're raising money for charity. Anyway, the bake sale will be attended by other kids from preschool up through junior high. Over the years, I.ve watched this fine athelete perform beyond anyone's expectations. She was not only a fine athelete, she carried herself with pride and dignity. I as many, held her in high esteem. She was indeed deserving of great praise and the high pedestal on which we placed her.

In the eyes of many, she has fallen from that pedestal. She has fallen because she came clean and admitted her use of steroids. I truly hope that good conscience and maturity are what prompted her to admit her indiscretions, and not the fear of being outed by someone else. If this is the case, I will continue to keep her on that pedestal. What say you?

But I hear people saying, "The Bible says homosexuality is a sin, or they say "God said homosexuality is a sin". --

(Moses never came to that conclusion, Jesus never came to that conclusion, Paul, in a personal letter, kind of came to that conclusion. -- So why would someone say, "The Bible proves that God thinks of homosexuality as a sin?"
