When someone speaks directly to one person about their personal issues and another person watching and not being spoken to. Is it rude for the person to watch the whole converstation right in front of them?

I recently received a letter from the North Carolina Dept of revenue saying that I owe taxes for FY 2002. I sent them a copy of a transcript of my Federal 2002 taxes which showed a much lower amount of income than what NC dept of revenue shows. I thought state income taxes always went by what the IRS shows for income. What should I do next? I believe the state somehow made an error.

WE have been very critical of Bill Clinton's history on cheating on Hillary with women afer women, but is it time we forgave him? The more we find out about the Witch he is married to, the more we understand why he cheated. Who would want to be married to Hillary, who would want Hillary as a mother...NO ONE......Can we forgive Bill, and say we all understand now how lousy it must have been to live with her and her profane mouth and attitude.........and her thunder thighs???? well you see my hair is dark, i have this thing where i get bored with my hair especially.I want to dye it and get streaks/highlights, add color to it, but i have NO idea what color to get. I don't want it bleached i have a feeling it won't look right on me sincei have very dark eyebrows. . I want something fun but i dont know what the style should be. OH and also, i did that bleach where the bottom half of my hair was bleached but not the top, well it got damaged A LOT so my bottom hair is damaged. Its started to grow out which is good, only about 2 inches are dead. the roots are fine. (this is long) well here's a picture of me i don't usually wear my hair down so it was one of the few i had, sorry!

Pretty much the question. From my understanding, 65nm refers to the process to create it which makes it cheaper to produce. But with people claiming the Xbox 360 will run "cooler" because of it I'm beginning to wonder if thats true.

I only use a tiny bit of it in cooking, but never leave it out on the kitchen table.

What condiments do you keep out on the table?
We eat authentic Mexican food a lot, so we keep salsa and salt on our kitchen table every day. That's it.

First of all, i hate death metal, its lyrics are satanic (well most of them, not all). Most metal bands are bad influence to young people (thanks godness i wasn't perverted by that music). They make them believe that there is no god. And influence them to commit suicide. As we know most of the school shootings were caused by sick minded people who listened to such destructive music. Death metal also spreads the belief of Anarchism, Atheism, suicide, genocide and alot of more stuff.

What non-bias reliable evidence do you have to support your claim? Baring in mind that anything which is religious based does not count, as it is going to be biased without any actual study.

The American Psychologigal Association have actually bothered to do several full studies concerning this, rather than just assuming that they were right without looking it to the situation properly, and they've determined that it is NOT a choice http://www.apa.org/topics/orientation.html . More qualified organisations , such as Boston University, South Bank University, ARS Technica etc have also come to the same conclusion. These and more all know what they're doing since they're the professionals. You are not. So, what makes you think that the world's main-stream qualified psychological and biological organisations are wrong, and you (with no study or evidence) are right?

Because in reality, you sound as dumb as someone who still refuses to except that the world is round, and not flat.
