Foreplay is exactly what you want it to be. There's no rules.
It's what comes before the act of penetration to be direct.
So, think of it as a starter.

foreplay for love is basically sex tips and if you have to ask what it is I’m guessing your way to young to be do it basically the rules are whatever the girl says

well...don't think of sexual things as just one thing or another....everything matters...and always best with real love...so go for that ...real love...
...and then add....kissing...hugging....feeling.....basically everything before intercourse is foreplay.....
...many girls...want more than sex...and care more if you want to love and care about them...
and have fun together...just being around each other...as friends...go out have fun...too many guys just are all over the girls...and girls get tired of that really fast...
doesn't matter how cute you are or how good you are at kissing and sexual things...girls want more than that...
