That varies on every girl; there a lot of variable in there. How did it end with her first love; how happy was she with him and how happy is she with you. Everyone's first love has a place that noone else can fit into but that does not mean that we all want that again. It is a time of innocence and learning everything for the first time but that doesn't mean it is the best time. If she truely loves her current bf; then the first love doesn't have a chance.

Possibly........................... It would depend on many factors. Is she happy in her current relationship? Is she in love with her current bf? Is she still in love with her "first love?" What happened in the relationship with her "first love?" Did he cheat or do treat her badly?
Like I said, many factors..................

it depends on which guy loves her better and accept her for the way she is. if her 1st love is a jerk, she an idiot.
