You can get certain teachers to give you off campus passes when they KNOW you aren't leaving to do whatever you told them you had to do! I had yearbook senior year and the teacher would give me and my friends, about a group of 8 of us off campus passes to go do "yearbook" related things. She knew we weren't going to do anything we were supposed to be doing, but she was cool like that! There were lots of other teachers who would do that as well. I think they did because they could tell all the Seniors were balls of energy. By our senior year all the teachers knew us well and knew who they could and couldn't trust out in town. Good times!

Your surrounded by little freshmen kids and when someone says for "all senoirs" to meet at a certain place at a certain time your friends grandmother walks in with the 12th graders. lol
