Please explain your overview on Aristotle's view on virtue as he characterized it as " a disposition, or habit, involving deliberate purpose or choice, consisting in a mean that is relative to ourselves, the mean being determined by reason, or as prudent man would determine it."

I had a big toothache 2 days ago, and I have to get a root canal done, but I put it off. I have been getting pain in my ear (left) and then I started to get a sore jaw, which turned out to be a lymph node the nurse practitioner said.

I also developed over night.. a small tear inside my mouth, on the left side, near where the tooth that needs to be root canaled is. I asked for amoxicillan, even tho she didnt think I should be alarmed. Also I had told her about ear pain before, a week ago and she checked but said that my ears looked "normal".

This morning I couldnt lie on my left side of face.. I had to lie on my back or right side. I am starting to take the amoxicillan.

What do you think? Any answers will be appreciated. its still sore when I swallow as the lymph node feels swollen on the inside, not enough to show, and i have the tear in my mouth.

Hi, I'm looking for a desktop/file searching software that can fulfill the below requirements:

- ability to search with a very accurate filesize amount like 126.3 kb instead of a filesize amount like 223 kb.

OR, if the program doesn't have this feature, then in the search results, it must be able to display the exact filesize instead of an estimated filesize.

- Supports Windows XP (Please, no Vista recommendations!)

- Able to search for many different file extensions like .png, .tiff, .xcf, .psp, .psd, .jpg/.jpeg, ,gif, etc. Or basically, the user must be able to search for all/any types of files which contain a certain filename.

- From the search results displayed, the user can select a file and right-click on it, to explore the directory the file is located in.

- Must be freeware because the software will only be used for a rather brief period of time.


Your recommendations will be much appreciated.

my mother has been living in my house 4 seven months now and was suppose to have been gone after 3 months.she has no respect for me or her grandkids she calls them bitches and hoes and me also.she even jumped on my 16 year old daugther for no reason. i called the police and they wouldnt do anything she hasnt paid any rent or bills since she been their and ive and the girls have lost total respect for her.shes nasty and doesnt clean up after herself shes says im suppose to take care of her also and she talks about me and the girls to her coworkers at work on the phone were they can here her saying everything to her co workers.she is really starting to stress me an the girls out,there grades are dropping in school because of whats going on in the house.my sisters dont talk to her because shes is crazy an shes never set a good ex. for us as we were coming up. and i forgave her now shes telling the girls that i slept with her husbands thats why her marriages didnt work help me please .

I crashed into someone and my bonnet is crumpled up, it will only cost £100 to repair, so is it worth getting insurance involved? How much will my insurance go up if I do make a claim?
(The other person involved is my neighbour and their car wasn't damaged so they are not bothered either way.)

and she wanted to see my kids, she parked in the parking lot and he brought them down to her. At Christmas, he would not say that he was getting a ride with her to Christmas party, she parked in lot honked horn so he could bring my son down to open a gift she had bought him/baby too. She would not meet for some reason.I told him no he cant keep bringing the kids down she needs to come up and meet me and act like an adult and he needed to fix this.Now she wanted to come and bring cup cakes for the kids, I was livid, wrote her a note saying whatever is going on between u 2 leave my kids out of it and more, put it in a gift bag with stuff from christmas brought it up to the job, my husband calls me pissed. She burned the letter so he says. He never had a strait answer for anything, but all he could say is she cant have kids. He says they dont talk about personal stuff, but it appears so. -I’m 14.
-Some of my teachers pressure me
-Started to learn German in a new class but the teacher who organised it for me only let me have 1 period a week to learn it.
-Now instead of a year of 3 periods per week I only get 1 period a week for about 3.5 months.
-The pressure to learn all of it is very stressful and I’ve started to get really angry and I really try to calm down but sometimes I feel on the verge of tears for hours.
- I have four supposedly ‘best’ friends but only one of them understands right now.
-They all have other plans on the weekend so I have nothing better to do and it gets me really depressed when they arrange things, then change the plans and don’t tell me.
-I just need some way of coping with stress, coping with lots of school work and some way of getting a better social life.
BTW
- My school does not offer any kind of counselling
-I’m quite shy so I have depended on my friends until now.
