well it depends how old you are and if you have already reached your growth peek.
when growing up it is important to eat healthy, drink milk (not too much...just the recommended amount..to much is bad for you) and have the recommended amount of vitamins (overdosing will damage your body..so only take the recommended mount)
...if you don't do these things then you are likely to have a growth stump which means that you wont grow normally.
all this combined will help you grow naturally and healthy but remember that growth is hereditary which means that if you have two short parents the chance of you growing any taller than them is very unlikely.

I'm pretty tall, and I eat lots of chocolate. However, I still eat vegatables and stuff as well as lots of junk. I eat loads but never get fat. It also helps to not want to be tall, because then you grow taller. Don't ask.

You can actually take growth hormone shots now and grow as much as you want. Good Luck

Are you grown? If so sorry you're not going to grow anymore with out a doctor help and I think they break your knees for that.

Try as much excersie as possible.
except for Sit-ups as it works adversely for Hieght.
Try cycling, Swimming
