Please explain your overview on Aristotle's view on virtue as he characterized it as " a disposition, or habit, involving deliberate purpose or choice, consisting in a mean that is relative to ourselves, the mean being determined by reason, or as prudent man would determine it."

For Aristotle virtue is always in the middle. For example between greed and being to generous resides the true virtue of generosity (mesotes).
Virtue is a habit: if you keep on doing something which is good you will not be able to do something wrong. You become used to do the good deeds.
At the beginning this involves your reason (you know what is good) and your will (you wish to pursue the good).
