how do i get my music back.... there was over 5000 songs :( i am not on my itunes because i would've been able to reload it all...help!

Try system restoring your computer if you have XP..
or
use ipodrip... you can google it... its a free program that takes the music on your ipod... and puts it back on your computer...

Are you using windows Xp ?
Try system restore !
Are you sure u erased songs? Or just their playlist entries?
If only play list entries are cleared by accedent your songs may be some where else safely.
