Maybe yes. Maybe no.
Breed has really very little to do when it comes to two dogs getting along, just like race has little to do with how well two people get along. It depends on the individuals.

I don't see why not. The Dalmatian is a very friendly dog and gets along with everyone. Some may want to be the only dog in the house but many like the company of another canine friend to play with. The Beagle is also a friendly breed. Make sure you socialize them both with other dogs as puppies so there is less chance of the dog having dog aggression when he is older.

I have had 4 dogs together, all different breeds and all males. They get along if you train them too. If they start to fight, you make sure they have no doubt you DO NOT approve of their behavior-discipline them aggressively. In addition to that, if they show positive behavior toward each other, make a HUGE deal of it...praise, petting, hugs, treats, so they know that is what you want them to do. Mine figured it out within a few weeks. However, I do NOT leave the Akitas alone with the older Pomeranian. Good question!! DOGS RULE!!

It mainly depends on the dogs inside the coat, not the colour or pattern of it. The breed is nothing at all important when dogs get along.
My advice to you is to let the dogs in your home to mingle, and if they bark or are not friendly, then split them.
Otherwise, noone knows.

breed has nothing to do with it, Dalmatians can be very active and playful, so it depends on weather the beagle can tolerate the Dalmatian and get along.

Yes they should get along well. Especially if they are introduced to each other as pups.
