my son is 2 years old.. i cant keep a diaper on him to save my soul. the other day he took his diaper off and pooed in his room. on the carpet. it was a big mess and i didnt get upset with him because i didnt know if this is a sign i need to start potty training. my son cant talk and he cant tell me when he's wet and he cant pull his pants up and down. he takes intrest in his potty, and our potty, he likes to flush to toliet and he likes to sit on his potty (naked) we do this before tubby if he wants to its his choice) and he reads books but he doesnt go. i am about ready to duct tape the diaper to him.. lol i just really dont know what to do about this anymore he cant talk at all and is going for a developmental assessment to see if he has any thing wrong with him he may just be really slow too... the only thing he can say is "go" and "no" "dadda" "mamma" very basic. anyways if someone could help me i would appriciate it. thank you!

I recently dyed my hair black and I didn't get the results I'd hoped for. Instead its too dark, particularly at the bottom. Is there anything I can do to "at least" soften this up? Or perhaps a speedier way other than shampooing every day to lighten it?

The Tamilnadu Government is bringing out the temple affairs into the hands of non-brahmin to properly manage. I have my own reservations about proper management of the temple affairs in Tamilnadu. I am surprised to find no protests from the Hindus as well as from the brahmins. No God, No Peace; Know God, Know Peace.

My wife and I are looking to adopt either a Beagle or a Basset Hound puppy. We have a 1 bedroom apartment and both of us work (so, the puppy would have to be home alone most of the day during the weekdays). We plan on raising the puppy as closely "by the book" as possible. We narrowed our choice down to these two breeds based on their general temperment/personality. Does anyone have a suggestion as to which puppy would be better suited for us? Any other ideas? Your comments are much appreciated!

I had a doctors appointment this morning. She told me the baby's head was down, I was 50% efface, my cervix was still closed and next week I would MORE THAN LIKELY be dilated to 1 centimeter. What does the 50% efface mean? I asked her and she just said it could mean anytime. :) Can the baby's head be down if he hasn't dropped yet? i didn't ask her that. Efface doesn't mean I'm thinning, right?. I have to be 100% efface before my cervix starts thinning, right? Just wondering.

I'm planning on setting up a multi language website, for example, one might be Portugese and English as options for textual content...

Japanese / English etc.

For example, index.html might be English, then I might have say japanese-home.html for the Japanese version of (index.html)...

Is there a code I need to use to 'tell' each page what language will be used...?

How does it work?

I am going to lose the love of my life for reasons other than our relationship. What can I say to change his mind? If I can't change his mind, how do I go on and go to work everyday pretending that I am not falling apart? I can't eat or sleep because of anxiety and I have stomach cramps and a headache. I know that he loves me, but he can't deal with my child and feels that he needs to get away. Help, I'm desperate. I have an appointment with a counselor, but not until Thursday night. Then jump ahead hundreds of years, Rome is worshipping the birth of the Sun God, Mithras.

The first pope (some will say peter but peter never went to Rome) Pope Constantine was a Sun worshipper. Constantine renamed his worship of Mithras and gift giving holiday and called it Christmas for the Christians that he brought into the Empire.

Since Jesus (John 15:19 ) was speaking of being no part of the world and the world Worships Mithras on DEC 25th then wouldn’t they be considered pagans?

Do you think working for U.S. Steel as a management trainee in a steel mill is a good job for a recent college graduate with a degree in logistics/operations???...salary starts at 50 k in gary, indiana (i'd live near chicago in wrigleyville or lincoln parkto be near the nightlife). they would help pay for most of my mba after a year or so. do u think this is a good company to work for???

Ok so here's the thing.. I am unofficially engaged to my daughter's dad .. we've been together for I don't know how many years, but I have always had this thing for another guy. I can't seem to get him out of my head and we have never gone on any dates or anything. I have known him longer than my bf now.
