you have to wait towards the end of the season where sports writers nationwide vote for their choice of mvp. obviously, stats and win-loss card of the player's team are taken into consideration when voting.
if historical voting is anything to go by, normally the regular season mvp belonged to the team with the best win-loss record.

the MVP voting is done by sportswriters at the end of the regular season and not revealed until later so you will have to wait
