A realist bordering on pessism! Too many bad things have happened in my life to make me an optimist. Therefore I always err on the side of what is most likely to happen. Positive thinking is important in life, I hope to be more optimistic in future.

I'm an optimist with a real strong pessimistic side. I always hope for the best, but when it doesn't happen, at least I'm not disappointed.

Realist leaning towards the optimistic side.
I see life as it really is, not through rosy glasses, but I can always cheer myself and my mates up by being optimistic.
"Cheer up, it might never happen"!! I don't know how I'd have got through all the complications of my pregnancy if I hadn't been a bit optimistic, and now I'm 7 months!!

Ive got arthritis and need to be an optimist for my future health, i see miracle cures and dont believe in them so now I'm a pessimist, and knowing that my life has changed forever makes me a realist.
So all 3 LOL :-)

I'm definitely an optimist. That's really working for me 'cause in order to be happy you need to get rid of the dark clouds above your life and look at things from more optimistic angle. Sometimes you get disappointed but hey you're mostly happy and relaxed.

Optimist with a little bit of pessimist thrown in when I've had a little too much to drink at home on my own.
Realist in the morning when it hits me that what I really did say on the phone, was real. Arghhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Dammit.

Pessimist - that way you're less likely to be disappointed, more likely to be pleasantly surprised! I think that's being pretty realistic too!
