Breakfast: nothing, didn't have time
Came home went on the treadmill for 40 minutes, burned 270 calories
ate a peanut butter and jelly sandwich with banana and fat free milk
2 slices of whole wheat bread- 140
fat free milk-90 calories
jelly and peanut butter - 180 [ I don't put much & this is overestimating it]
banana- 110 calories
Snack- nonfat yogurt- 90 calories
Dinner- 400 calories? around that
Snack: cucumber or a glass of milk or something
I'll probably just make 1200 calories, is this a good diet plan? I plan on following this for a month at least. I'll do some exercise later, by the way.
