For a women's fitness final, i need to design a workout that will include, stretches, cardio workouts, core/abdominal workouts and a cool-off. I've been fencing for almost three years, but i just can't seem to find an exercise that helps the core/abdomen.

I am on 20 mg. of Lexapro. Is it ok to take a very small dose 81 mg. of aspirin for the headaches I get.
Any professional or expierienced advice would be appreciated.

I am pretty sure I remember what it feels like when a baby moves. When I lie down, sometimes on my side, I feel like little taps on the inside. And last night, I felt a bump hit my hip. The doctors say I am 8 weeks, but only have done a pregnancy test, no u/s or feel of my belly or anything. I really think that I feel the baby move, but if I am only 8 weeks, is it acutally possible to feel him/her? This is my third baby and I just wanted to know what anyone else thought. I will ask my doctor when I go back, I actually think I will ask them to move it up cause I think I am farther along then they are saying. Could it be baby kick or my mind wanting it to be? Thanks and please dont be mean or rude.

Lets say a Democrat was in office and started this awful war, do you think all these republicans would be such strong supporters? I would think not. do you think the republicans would be applauding his strength and "courage" to do what's right? people say bush is doing a good job because he isnt backing down to enemies, but what if a democrat was doing it? i know this is hard to imagine because democrats usually dont start wars for no apparent reason. but lets just pretend for yahoo Q&A's sake.

The LAPD, The FBI, and the CIA are all trying to prove that they are the best at apprehending criminals. The President decides to give them a test. He releases a rabbit into a forest and each of them has to catch it.

The CIA goes in. They place animal informants throughout the forest. They question all plant and mineral witnesses. After three months of extensive investigations they conclude that rabbits do not exist.

The FBI goes in. After two weeks with no leads they burn the forest, killing everything in it, including the rabbit, and they make no apologies. The rabbit had it coming.

The LAPD goes in. They come out two hours later with a badly beaten bear. The bear is yelling: "Okay! Okay! I'm a rabbit! I'm a rabbit!

My mother left 3 weeks ago and moved in with her boyfriend. She called on Christmas and after that my dad told me I am not to speak to her right now. I miss her and would like to know why she left us, and I wish I could talk to her, but I don't want to get in trouble with my dad. I will be 20 this year and all my life I've never really felt that I've done anything for myself at all. I'm always saved, or overprotected, or kept out of trouble, and not a chance to make my own mistakes OR get things right on my own.

It makes me feel like I will never learn because my parents are in the way. They tell me there must always be strict rules in life (aka. religion), that I have to be smart enough, and all those this-is-life-and-growing- up crap.
Well I feel stupid, that's for sure.

And this year I would like to go to Europe for a couple of weeks to experience Summer. I really need to breathe. I have a good friend over there who will be waiting for me. I told my parents once but they said no just because I'm a girl and they don't like it that I want to go on my own. But I need this and I will try again.

But this time I want to know how to tell them in a way that they listen to me. I need them to take me seriously this time.
Some help would be appreciated, thanks
