I could understand if they had 9,000 employees. But they only have 4. These people are multimillionaires. Our little pay is not going to hurt them in the least. I just found out that they are underpaying me because they put me on salary and it does not equal out to be $455.00 a week.

I am _extremely_ tired of seeing 'I'm trying to have a baby right now and you're a horrible person because I can't have a baby, you can, and are trying to get rid of it!' non-answers from the frustrated.

I sympathise with fertility problems, miscarriages, etc, but not to the point where I think it's okay to give other people a hard time.

You don't really think a pregnant teen-ager, heaven knows where in the world, is going to look at your answer calling her names and think 'Yes -- this remarkably rude person would make a great mother for my embryo. Adoption it is,' do you? (And it's not trivial -- I would find giving a baby up for adoption much more heartbreaking than a miscarriage.)

What on earth is the point? You're embarrassing the polite TTC, miscarriers, etc.

My mother wanted me to ask this question. She will be having a complete hysterectomy this month, and she has been hearing some bad stories from family members, ect... that when a woman has a hysterectomy - she loses her mind. She has a completely different attitude, and is mean, and hateful. Is any of this true? Also, people have been telling her that it will be worse that having a baby. That the pain will be unbareable. Is this true? I told her that different women will have different experiences, and that she might not have much trouble. Is that good advice? I don't want to sugar coat it, but I don't want her to worrie so much eaither!! I would like to hear from women who has actually had an hysterectomy. I appreciate any help and I thank you!

I have been trying to conceive for 13 years but withing the last year I have been with a different partner other than the one i was trying to conceive with during this time i have noticed that in the last year my period has been on schedule and ive also noticed other changes in my body. Ive noticed changes in discharge and other changes . Right now im wondering if i am pregnant but ive also noticed during intercourse lately that sometimes i have minor spotting is this a sign that i am pregnant and if not what could be causing this. I am also 34 years old and i really want to conceive before im to old to conceive a child my body has been so messed up for so many years that now at the age of 34 everything seems to be working right will my chances of getting pregnant still be hard with my age category ?

Hi,
I was wondering is it possible to take Video/Movies/etc. and put them in something I have made with Photoshop or ImageReady? For example if I made a TV with Photoshop, could I take a one min to two min video of something and put it in the TV and have it play like its real? I am really concerned as to whether I am average, anorexic, or overweight. I'm pretty sure I'm not overweight, but I eat a LOT and still I look very skinny.
I am 14 years old, 5'3", 109 lbs, 23' waist, 29" hips, and 32B cup. My doctor says I'm mostly done growing- my max height is 5'4.5" and my expected breast size is 34C.
Am I an okay weight/stature??

Is it just me? Am I the only one who is TIRED of the FAA and other Federal authorities endlessly treating Highly Trained Professional Pilots like small children who don't know what the *moon* is or don't know what *cloud cover* looks like?

I mean, really....compare this to your average Police Officer. They get guns. We trust their judgement rather blindly when it comes time for them to exercise Probable Cause--essentially their ability to Know a Criminal When They See One. Good people after bad ones *routinely* get shot over this. Yet nobody complains.

Now look at the pilots. We don't trust them to *know* a Flying Object when they see one?? Even though they are in charge of one *every stinking day*?

And before someone coughs up the "Radar didn't show anything" argument....we've had *local* stealth aircraft (starting with the SR-71 Blackbird) like this for decades. It doesn't wash.

So what's wrong with this picture? What say you? :)

I'm 26 and my husband is 31. We've been married 3 years, together for almost 6. We live in a townhouse and live off his income and have a ton of savings (most of which is for a new home, but we have not been able to find one due to inflated prices here). We have a good relationship are well-educated, ect. Our current plan is to wait over 3 more years to ttc, so I'll have the baby at 30. We have not lived a wild life or traveled much and it does not feel like we have something to look back onto as we move forward into being parents. However, I'm career-less at the moment and am feeling very unfulfilled. I know it's selfish, but I'm bored and I have a lot to offer a baby. I don't have babyfever. I used to when I was younger, but my husband wasn't ready and it went away. He says he's ready now. I want to lose some weight and get in shape, but after that should I just go for it? Or should we wait out the original 3.5 more years until we ttc? The plan was to wait for a house and to travel.
