I could understand if they had 9,000 employees. But they only have 4. These people are multimillionaires. Our little pay is not going to hurt them in the least. I just found out that they are underpaying me because they put me on salary and it does not equal out to be $455.00 a week.

salary has its perks but in the long run it sucks...no matter how many hours you work you make the same every week...rather it is 10 hours or 60 hours!i am not sure if someone can go from paying you by the hour to salary without the ok since you were already a employee getting paid hourly.now you said something about getting paid on time?for this you would go to the texas workforce in your area...and you file on them and they have 14 days to pay you...with the other question call your local district attorney office they can help you with legal questions and direct you to someone if they cant!good luck!

OK alot of companies pay you a few days early than what they say there supposed to so if there late they can say well your not supposed to get paid till now, we were just being nice. on salary the can work you as much as they want for a set wage. i think it should be illegal.
