I bought a PowerBar Protein Plus today I have never tried anything like this and don't know how it works. I'm looking to get myself healthy so are these powerbars a good idea or not? What do they do? If they are good when is the best time to eat them, before a work out, in the morning, during lunch etc. ?

I like them about 30 min before my soccer game. They seem to give me more energy because they have the vitamins you need. Just make sure you don't buy any with too much sugar.

I think they're good if you're trying to build muscle

They're good, but they're not like steroids or anything.
