i do not think designers allowed 17 year olds to be a model 4 the unless they r 18 or older so just wait until u hit that age but in the mean time u should work on ur modeling and ur pose so u can be really for ready when they would want to take ur photo.GOOD LUCK ON THAT!

Find a modeling angency and see if they will take you, then if they don't take you...That would be sad, but make up for it with your own fashion show and then invite family and friends to it! It'll make you feel a lot better!

Try getting in to a modeling academy. Make sure your manners are impeccable, you are graceful (it's a giant plus if you are naturally graceful), and you are attentive. See if you can contact any successful models to see what they've done.

first of a ll you need to be 18 years or older to start modeling for real try getting into john casablanca or start modeling for a store or somethhing !!!!

listen to your radio usualy in big cities or larger ones there is scouts that come to town parts of the years looking for talent. That way you won't have to pay a crap load of money.

go to your yellow pages and look for modeling/talent/acting agency or w/e. They are usually altogether. and, they will "train" you so like 1000 dollars fer class, i advise you to spend your time elsewhere, because its really tough.
