can the enamel-paint on the outside of the cemented flower pots hurt the plant ?

i want to get all the pots of my garden, painted by the paint which is used on wooden and iron doors etc.will not this paint hurt my plants?

Nope, not unless you plant them inside-out.

no but if you only want to paint them once use paint for cement
