Please please go to a Salon that has Jessica Nail products. Have a course of manicures where they will help to not only put your nails back in condition but will stimulate the nail growth.
The products are amazing. They can specialise in damaged nails. A product which was a regular was Critical Care and you can purchase this yourself to help look after your nails whilst in between treatements

OK the best thing you can do is buy Jessica phenomenon oil and Jessica bend but don't break, they're the two best products to use after having false nails. I started using them both in July after having nails removed and now my nails look so great and that I haven't had gel nails put back on again since. Or you can go to a nail salon that uses Jessica products and get a manicure.

Any nail strenghtening product should help. You could also try massaging oil with vitimin E into your nails. I would suggest leaving varnish & false nails off for a while until the condition of your nails has improved. Keep your nails short until they recover.

use a base coat that contains vitamins etc and also use a cuticle oil as this will re hydrate your nails. Nails inc products are brilliant.
The next time you get them done buy a bottle of acetone (costs about £2) and soak them off at home so that you arent ripping the nail plate when you pull them off

I'd put my nails in warm salty water for a few minutes (say 5-10 minutes). Then put "Nutra Nail" or "Sally Hansen" strengthening products. Sally Hansen Diamond Strength is great !!

Ouch, just be sure you use a good quality nail strengthener or a clear polish to protect the nail plate as it recovers ..
Take care
