Throughout my pregnancy I took water exercise classes. I found them to be most helpful during the last trimester because the water made me feel a lot lighter and eased my back pain. There was also less stress on my joints while in the water. Water pressure also eases blood flow, so your feet and ankles won't swell as much. You can also do water exercises up until your due date as long as your doctor gives you the go ahead. Best wishes to you:)

You need to speak to your doctor first of course, but walking helps. They also have pregnancy yoga which helps with flexibility and endurance. Just be sure to speak to the doc first and avoid free weight lifting or anything that causes pain or exhaustion. And remember to drink alot of water.

I would say just keep walking. Walking is good for anyone, really, and i think that something low-impact like that is a good idea. I go to the YMCA, and I also see a LOT of pregnant women who use the Elliptical machine... they seem to like it, and the machine is SUPER low-impact, so if you belong to a gym, you could do that.
