As a member of the Warren Commission that investigated the 1963 assassination of President John F. Kennedy, Gerald R. Ford suggested that the panel change its initial description of the bullet wound in Kennedy's back to place it higher up in his body.

mine was about 5 years ago now! i was waiting behind the Dell (Southamptons old football ground) after watching my brilliant team Arsenal beat my home toen Saints - HA!

all the Arsenal players came out - Adams etc - even my 2 favourites from the time Dennis Bergkamp & Alex Manninger - THEN IT HAPPENED!!!!!

Thierry Henry came out chatting to Luis Boa Morte so i shouted Henry's name to get his autograph, he looked round and i drew across my face as i passed my pen to him - GAR! he laughed so hard as did Boa Morte...

i don't really get embarrassed but OMG!!!!! i could have died!

I have car and I would like to know something about the way machine works and also about parts that it's made of.. I'm affraid that not knowing anything about cars can be a problem since I don't know what do I need to do about maintenance.. And anyway I don't like to look like an idiot while men at repairing service are telling stories about what is wrong with it..

Had our kitten for 2 weeks (from 6 wks old), and we have 2 major issues with the little mite:
1. Litter training. She 'came trained' and is great at leaving solids in the tray, but she is reluctant to use the tray for wees. She does occasionally wee in the tray, and usually goes in the tray if put there, but usually when we are not there in her room she pees on the newspaper under the tray or on the plastic tarpaulin that covers most of the floor. What to do? She has 2 good sized trays, which we try keep as fresh as possible, but we can't be there 24/7 to put her in it when she needs a wee.
2. She hates not being with us. When she is put in her room alone she meows, very vigorously for 10 mins plus. This isn't so bad when we go to bed (she settles eventually) but if ANYTHING makes a noise at night it sets her off, and we are losing a lot of sleep. +Once 6am comes there is no stopping her. I know she is young, and we are ignoring her when she cries, but she doesnt seem to be improving.

I currently own a 1996 Honda Accord coupe, but I'm planning on having a vehicle that I can haul film gear in, in hopes that I can get equipment for my superiors on set. The concern I have is... well... I want a vehicle that will also allow me to get a date out in California... nobody want's to be taken to a nice restaurant in an old beat-up truck... unless it's something really old like one of those Land Rover Defenders from the late 1960s... the type you'd see on a safari...

Just curious, and want to see what others think.

When viewing most modern art, art that is less figurative, less representative, how important is the title of the work to you in your assessment of the work’s value? Do you ever feel the title is non-essential, or perhaps thrown in as an afterthought? Do titles, based on your personal viewing experience, often (or perhaps rarely) reflect the message the artist is conveying? Or perhaps it detracts from the paintings itself? Perhaps you feel abstract art doesn't need titles?

More importantly, does the title ever enhance the work, enabling you to better understand where the artist’s life, mind and heart was when the painting (or any other modern art) was being created?

Here is an example. Does the title add to or detract from the value or message the artist has to offer? Does the title fit the painting? Does the title influence how you see the painting and feel what the artist is trying to say?

I've scraped my mouth on a Toblerone triangle, bitten my cheek trying to navigate a pickled onion Monster Munch foot and yanked out half a filling whilst eating nougat.

Eating crappy food is a hazzardous business. It's not shaped right or it's unnaturally thick and chewy. But I bravely solider on........

Anybody else been injured by food?

and I see images of me killing myself. I could be talking to someone and just look away for a split second and an image and a feeling will pop in. I have bipolar and I have a doctor. I just dont understand why i get images that flash in and out. I can go from ok to I really feel I can kill myself. Sometimes it seems calmer thinking of going that way. I dunno just not real sure on how I feel.

A sailor and a pirate are drinking at a waterfront bar and
they proceed to swap sea stories. The sailor notes the
pirate's peg leg, eye patch and hook.

"So tell me," asks the sailor, "how did you come to lose
that leg?"

"Arrgh," says the pirate, "'Twas a black squall swept me
overboard. Whilst in the water, a shark snapped me leg off
and I've had this peg leg ever since."

"Wow!" says the sailor. "And how'd you get the hook?"

"We was fighting at close quarters," says the pirate. "Some
scurvy dog with a cutlass hacked me hand off and I've had
this hook ever since."

"Amazing!" says the sailor. "And what about the eye patch?"

"Arrgh," says the pirate. "'Twas a seagull pooped in me
eye."

"A seagull?" asks the sailor, a bit incredulous.

"Well, I should explain," says the pirate. "'Twas me first
day with the new hook."

So I know you are not doctors but I like to hear other peoples feedback on these kinda things, especially when its hard to even get in with a doctor in the first place. Here it goes. So my husband and I have been trying to get preggo for the past month. So after tones of charting my cycles for approximatley 3 months I assumed I had the whole charting thing down, we new what was required and proceeded. So I have always had a very regulart cycle nothing weird ever happens always the same thing. So approximatley a week after when I assumed my ovulation would be I spotted. So being as regular as I am I knew there was no way It could be my period. So i looked into it further and heard about implantation bleeding. So I was excited thinking that what it has to be since this has never happed before. So I kept taking pregnancy tests and all have been coming back negative. And now my periods late and to top that off I have been spotting off and on for the last 2 and half weeks! Any ideas??? help

It seems to me that this technology, escpecially when compared to electric powered automobile technology (www.teslamotors.com), is a fairly far-fetched technology to actually implement. Why then, is there such a political push for this solution rather than pursuing an electric solution?
