mine was about 5 years ago now! i was waiting behind the Dell (Southamptons old football ground) after watching my brilliant team Arsenal beat my home toen Saints - HA!
all the Arsenal players came out - Adams etc - even my 2 favourites from the time Dennis Bergkamp & Alex Manninger - THEN IT HAPPENED!!!!!
Thierry Henry came out chatting to Luis Boa Morte so i shouted Henry's name to get his autograph, he looked round and i drew across my face as i passed my pen to him - GAR! he laughed so hard as did Boa Morte...
i don't really get embarrassed but OMG!!!!! i could have died!

i met 1 of my heroes lee evans after 1 of his shows,i was in a line of people waiting to talk to him and shake his hand,i was so excited and nervous as he was getting closer to me,when he did reach me i shook his hands said thanks and told him thanks for coming! he smiled and i just went bright red,i nearly died! x

I went to watch snooker at Wembley conference centre a few years ago, we lined up to get Jimmy Whites autograph and my bf wanted his pic taken with him. All eyes were on my as I was focusing my camera, I was giggling (don't know why) and Jimmy's minder was mimicking me and generally taking the pi*s. I went bright red and hurried along, not really a funny story, not as good as Jo's

Funny, I bet you made their day. The best way to think about it is if you met them again and mentioned it they would remember (unlike another faceless encounter) I bet you have been bought up at dinner parties too....well done. I am an Arsenal fan too

Jackie Chan and Lee Evans were making a film, my daughter and her friends were watching Jackie finishing a scene when a lad came to me and said a man over at the gate gave my a punch in the face well i ran over thinking what i was going to do with this guy, i saw my daughter coming towards me holding her cheek i asked what happened she told me that an actor hit her i was about to head over to find this guy when my daughter said its was Jackie Chan i stopped dead in my tracks and looked back at her and said are you sure? she said yes pointing towards him saying it was an accident. Jackie said sorry to her its was only after we were told the kids were trying to get autographs. boy was i nearly dropped into it.

One time I was in LA, for a vacation, and I was shopping in Abercrombie, when I put out my foot while leaning on one of the walls, and I aciddentaly tripped Zac Efron, NOT KIDDING!! He was in a baseball cap, and sunglasses, for a disquise. But of course, me, star struck, I said "look Zac Efron" everyone started running after him!!

I know Will Mellor is not that much of a celeb anymore but when i worked at the airport i embarrassed myself asking for his autograph.........i have a thing for him, LOL!! Anyways to start i called him MR Will.........proceeded to go bright red...........asked if i could BORROW an autograph (cringe).......He replied i could have 1, i didn't have to give it back....and then i told him my name was Michelle when he asked......which it isn't!!!! My mind went blank but he is very sexy!!! Not as much as Henry though you poor girl!!!

iv never heard of those people, but i met bill murray and hes pretty cool, i petted the st. paul saint's pig cuz he let me lol he owns the team, or at least he did wen i pet the pig
