I just changed the "Rates" page and deleted the trailing cursor.

How does it look now?

if i gave you advice would you be able to do it? work with html coding?

first i would get rid of the mouse text and instead put it under your heading so it looks like this

Wildflower Babysitting
Certified, Responsible, Caring Babysitter Available!

Hey shawn nice answer hmm you fail to realize this young entrepreneur is only 13
And did a great job on the pages!

But i would get rid of the geocities address the ads opening on the right are very annoying

to get a free hosting account with no ads
you can go to awardspace.com
and also brinkster.com
they both are very good hosts

looks better like the smaller table and the new logo you put
yes stick with the smaller table put the other pages into the small table to so it isnt spread out all over am looking at the rates page now needs the table
also
I charge $.50 per child, if there are more than 2 children.
i would make that higher
I charge $1.50 Extra per child, if there are more than 2 children.
Table in rates text should be aligned to the left not centered will make it look more neater
The other pages look good centered
the form i cant figure out i copied your code into frontpage and it looks great it is in a 600px table i cant see anything in your coding that is making it spread out so much :-(

all in all it looks better now
make a copy of the page wildflower_babysitting.html
and name it index.html
so when people go to
http://www.geocities.com/wildflowerneu/
they dont get a directory listing

and i think you posted before on answers :-) remember to do craigslist it is best as its local and also do delete your craigslist ad every 3 days and repost it so it will go back to the top of the list on craigs and not get buried on the bottom of all other posts!

Good luck with the business

1. You have to look at this from a marketing prospective. Parents like professionalism.

2. Look at http://www.nannies4hire.com/

3. Most professional websites do not use text that follows the cursor. The web page has to be clean, to the point, and is easy for the end user to navigate.

4. Remember you are making the page for parents in their 20's, 30's, and sometimes 40's. The web page should not be made to look as if it is for a toddler.

5. You should also flowchart your web page to help with the flow

6. With any business you should take a business writing class. Skill Path Seminars offers class for about $200.

7. A guestbook has nothing to do with your website so get rid of it. This only draws attention from the business.

8. Eventually get your own domain so you can get rid of the advertisements.

You should spend some time each day researching how other websites are laid out. Even though this is a webpage it is a package from your product.

Which would you buy, a product where the packaging is messy, or a product where the packing is clean, neat, and innovative.

Eventually you should seek the help of a web designer

The trailing letters on the cursor are annoying.

Also, I really think you should (and can) charge more than you are. Making some of the fees FLAT (regardless of mother's helping, weekday, weekend, etc.) would make life a lot easier for you and your clients!
