This expression is supossed to give the distance between two points over gaussian coordinates (u, v). I know that this is a subject of differenctial geometry but I have not idea on this field.

when i click the "print" option, there is a icon at the right bottom of the screen which reads"one document is being waited to print, the reason is administrator". if i restart my machine, the printer will work, but only once. what's the matter? can some experts help me?

I just adopted two dogs, they are terrier mix, they are very attached to each other and love to play with one another. One is a mix of a Jack Russel Terrier and the other a mix of a box terrier I believe. I took them out to a doggie park and the Box Terrier became very aggresive towards other dogs trying to fight them every chance he could and jumping to bite on them (aggressively), it was such a great park where you can have your dogs off the leash playing around and instead I had to keep him on a very short leash and pulling him back every time a dog came over to play. The Jack Russell was having a good time but I didn't get him off the leash for fear of how the other dog might react. The other thing that happened, is that when another dog would approach my two dogs would turn on each other and start to sort of fight each other (when they normally alwasy play with each other). Any suggestions?

She's just over a year old- Ausie/?? mix. Two or 3 days ago, I noticed that she had these red spot on her belly. I looked closer, and they were ZITS... WTF? I would say that I have 2 causes that really pull at my heart strings. One as many can guess is homelessness because I have been there. The other is prolife, this is because my mother is struggling with this 30 years after the fact. I do not judge women who feel they must choose this I just fear for them and their lives and children. What do you feel pulls at your heart the most?

I like this guy and it seems that he likes me too. However, he's really shy so he's not very open about his feelings so this is kind of a big step that he's subtly showing that he likes me. unfortunately whenever a guy i like initially shows interest in me i tend to tense up and become distant when i'm with him (i.e. not walk close to him, avoid physical contact etc.) i sense this happening with this guy and i really don't want to push him away or make him think that i don't like him because i really like him and would like to pursue a relationship with him. we're already good friends which makes it even worse because i get embarrassed that i like him. what should i do?
