Horrendously long hours, marginal salary, and working for the company that single handedly eliminated two of the three holidays that were observed by the retail world. Plus you get to work around the clock from October through January... life couldn't get better.
Then give this person 45 employees who whine and moan about being expected to actually work for their below poverty salary and who have most likely been fired from every other job they have ever had.
Take all those ingredients and you have the perfect Walmart manager.

Edit to Peanut: Walmart has destroyed small business? Please. Why? How? Where? When? Show me examples where a small business had lower prices, Walmart came to town with its "higher" prices and the whole town was like, "Oh my god guys, let's all go pay more at Walmart! YAY!". Sarcasm is fun. But seriously, you can't find one because small business puts itself out. Walmart to was once a small store in Bentonville, Arkansas. Do some history.

Likely they are paid with assholes salary.
There is a famous phase... when you pay peanuts to your employee, you get a monkey.
And Walmart is famous for underpaying their employees, below what's market rate is.

They are jackasses cuz the dont get paid much & they have to work very hard . . . . Walmart doesn't treat its employees all that great until you are upper management.

It's not just walmart, its anywhere you go !!!. But walmart does have more white trash than an white collar job would ....so subsequently, more a** h**** who dont know how to relate to people properly.

Because Walmart itself are a$$holes. They have destroyed more small business in this country then you can imagine. So they probably teach them to be jerks to continue what they started.

I don't personally know any... but I am assuming that they figure.. hey it's Wal-mart, America needs us .. supply and demand... and fingures one customer won't make a difference among a million... so they allow themselves to act in assholish ways because of it... either that or he hasn't gotten any lately... LOL

well if i knew your sitiuation I could answer that. But its probably because some welfare white trash, just got done screaming at them because she didn't get her sons birthday cake like she wanted it.
