when i cross my legs which is absolutley all the time, i cross my left leg over my right. i ave fallen asleep in a chair before cross leged, also when im on a plane i cross my legs left over right the whole time.after about an hour of crossing my foot starts to get numb, and the longer i cross the more the numbness moves up my leg. i love when my leg gets numb because it feels good, but i usually cant tell if i cross my legs until they get numb because its such a habbit of mine. my mom and sister are the same way as me, i think we got it from our mom, who crossed her legs all the time and got us to do it when we were around 10. but by the time i was 12 i was doing it all the time the way i am doing it now i am 29. is all of this crossing bad for my legs or any other part of my body please tell me and how it is bad. if it is bad i would want to try to break that habbit or at least reduce the amount of cross. i would appreciate some help breaking my habit please!!!
