Real simple, You go up to her and ask, depending on your age and certain qualities you might have , then you might want to consider using them. If I got to know you I could point out those qualities , but I don't know you so you have to be a somewhat aggressive man and ask. Women love a man that acts a man and stands up like a man. GET THE BALLS and show her what your made of. You can do it.

She has to be available 1st of all.
1. Be nice.
2. Be yourself.
3. Let her know you like her.
4. Don't stalk her or make her feel pressured.

well it is good if you are friends and know something about each other..but if not just be nice and ask her if she would consider going out with you somewhere...maybe to a ice-cream parlor or something like that where you can talk and get to know each other better..a lot depends on if she is allowed to date..it is hard when you do not know someones age...be yourself and be fun to be around and have a good time if she goes...hope all goes well....good luck
