I will help u .buy drinks for a huge amount ,i mean a really huge amount bcoz it is going to b the last ever time u r going to drink.place them all in a table and sit in a chair beside the table.start drinking ,by the time u finish 2 bottles u will feel irritated.u will get bored and u will never even sit down to drink even water.

Dun drink too much and too often. Dun hangout with your alcoholics friends. Try to find another fave drinks without alcohol. Do it slowly. If you can't hold it anymore, take a beer, but only one.
If it doesn't work, get a professional help. Good luck.

join AAA society. consult a psychotherapist or behavior therapist he will use some techniques like behavior modification, aversion therapy and you will not drink any more in your life.it is very difficult to quit that habit by ourselves as the withdrawal symptoms are UN bearable . you can choose self hypnoses also.

Try ice water with either lemon or lime, just make sure the water is ice cold or it won't taste that good. Or, simply drink ice cold tea with ice cubes seems to work. Or even start attending classes for (AAA).

Try AA. It really works.
Get a sponsor. Get a Big Book. Get honest. Put as much energy into AA as you put into drinking.

8 vast instructions thats what i drink.. and bear in mind you're what you devour... so devour alot of reliable culmination and greens and stay faraway from fatties like Mcdonalds, dont even devour handmade fries that are cooked in oil. also pepsi and delicate liquids are horid!
